System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Services
nfoPro Corporation (IPC) provides sustainment and reaction capability support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) in the areas of engineering, logistics, and program office services. During performance of this contract, IPC is responsible for providing Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) as well as Non-Personal Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) and Non-Advisory & Assistance Services (Non-A&AS) to Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (HQ AFSOC) at Hurlburt Field, Florida on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time & Material (T&M) Task Order-driven contract.
SETA Capabilities
Management and Professional Support Services
IPC provides assistance, advice, and training for the efficient and effective management and operation of organizations, activities, or systems. These services are normally closely related to the basic responsibilities and mission of the agency contracting for the services. Services include:
Review and assess existing managerial policies and organizations
Develop alternative procedures, organizations, and policies
Examine alternate applications and adaptations of existing or developing technologies
Program management
Logistics management
Budgeting, Accounting, and Auditing Services
Administrative / technical support for conferences and training programs.
Studies, Analysis and Evaluations
IPC provides organized, analytical assessments to evaluate complex issues in an effort to improve policy development, decision-making, management, or administration for AFSOC. Databases, models, methodologies, and related software created in support of studies, analysis, and evaluations are part of the overall effort. IPC provides support in the following areas:
Political Advisor (POLAD) to the AFSOC Commander
Command & Control (C2) & Mission Systems Program Support for the 623 Air Operations Center (AOC)
AFSOC/A4 Command Support Equipment Program Manager Assistance
Joint Threat warning Systems Air (JTWS-A)
Maintenance & Upgrade Support (MUS)
Engineering and Technical Services
IPC provides services in the form of advice, assistance, training, and/or hands-on training (direct assistance). These services are essential research, development, production, operation, and maintenance elements necessary to the effective operation and maintenance of weapon systems, equipment, and components for AFSOC organizations or activities. Support services include information technololgy services and Systems engineering.
